Our objectives:

1) To study and to record the flora and fauna of the Greater Manchester area.
2) To assist other groups with similar objectives, for example to help with the on-going Lancashire Flora project, and to support and collaborate with local wildlife organisations.
3) To monitor wildlife habitats for the purposes of wildlife conservation, and to alert relevant authorities to potential threats to wildlife or habitats.
4) To further the education of members, in order to facilitate the above aims.
